30/08/1998		The WSP (Web Standards Project) is trying to make the major browser manufacturers see sense and work to common standards. If you create websites then do yourself a favour take a look at their site at least.

23/08/1998		Looks like a good idea. The people at Freedrive will give you 7.5 MB of personal storage space for free on the net. Haven't tried it yet, but it probably works better than the other common solution, i.e. mailing it to yourself on Rocketmail or the like (more storage space too).

13/08/1998		My personal website gets a "rollover effect" on the toolbar buttons. Move your mouse over them and see what happens. If the buttons don't change, you need a later version of Netscape (3.0+) or Internet Explorer (4.0+).
05/08/1998		My page about making the most of email (on Net Nuggets ) gets a couple of updates.
24/07/1998		Going Mobile (about internet access on the move) gets a huge set of updates. New pages: Ericsson MC12, Geofox One, HP620LX, IBM WorkPad and Sharp HC-4100. Updated Pages: Casio Cassiopea, HP 300 family, Palm Pilot, Psion Series 3 and Psion Series 5
21/07/1998		Net Nuggets gets a minor facelift and fixes to some layout nasties with Internet Explorer (that'll teach me not to check).

09/07/1998		My new website Net Nuggets goes live. A lot of my older web pages have been updated, and overhauled, and re-styled, and brought together to make a personal guide to the 'best of the net'. You won't find complete, exhaustive indexes of anything here, just short articles hints, tips, links to things I've found genuinely useful on the net.

02/07/1998		Site goes live on Demon ! We're back from our travels (see my home page for details) and this site has been created from the old site previously hosted at CIX. I hope to bring the site up to date soon, and post regular updates here about my site and recent discoveries on the web. If you've heard promises like that before, just check my track record from the previous site.
